Live Chat now available in Xchecker

Following the successful launch of live chat on our website, we're pleased to announce that from today we're extending this service to Xchecker.

This means our Support team will be ready and available to answer any cataloguing queries whilst you work, between 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.45pm on a Friday.

All you need to do is launch the chat box located in the bottom right hand corner of your Xchecker screen, tell us your name and enquiry, and you'll be able to chat to a member of our team straight away.

It's another example of Elcome's ongoing commitment to deliver the very best parts cataloguing environment for our users.
