In March, we hosted two customer events to discuss the next evolutionary stage of ONCE®.

We’re now pleased to share with you an insight into the sessions themselves and how the feedback from those groups will be influencing our decision-making going forward.

We're committed to working in partnership with our customers to develop the most productive and efficient cataloguing environment and our newsletter will keep our customers informed of our progress as we move through the project.
